Hello lovely, if you’re new here, I’m Lucy – your Maternity, Newborn and Family photographer based in York bringing you all the best top tips and, today, the cutest maternity, newborn and sibling photographs to make you broodier than ever.

This shoot was a really special one to me because we met this gorgeous family a few weeks before I gave birth to my little girl through Peanut – we were both due around the same time. At 40 weeks pregnant, this lovely lady sent me a message asking to go for a walk to try and wiggle him out (spoiler, it didn’t work..). Fast forward two years (where has that time gone?!) and I was able to capture their latest newborn addition.. and boy is she a gorgeous little one! I didn’t think that she looked as much like her big brother when he was born until I looked at us all sat in a cafe a few weeks after I gave birth and my GOSH is the resemblance there.

I love capturing all shoots and every single newborn photography session is so, so special to me but it is my greatest privilege to be able to capture friends and family! Now OBVIOUSLY I had to capture her pregnancy journey too.. So go ahead and take a nosy in to one of my latest bump to baby – maternity and newborn and sibling photography sessions at my gorgeous home studio based in York!
