My studio is based at my home so I can provide you with the ultimate home-from-home experience. This means that even if you aren't feeling your best, I have everything that you might need to ensure you are comfortable.
I promise that however your pregnancy has been, you will leave feeling empowered and confident with images you'll look back on with such pride.
You are doing the hardest thing, Mama. You deserve to have this time to feel your best.

What to expect at your Maternity shoot with me
Maternity sessions take place from 30 weeks onwards - when your bump is beautifully round but you're still feeling comfortable and like yourself.
From the moment you book, I'm on hand for anything you need. You'll receive a full welcome guide covering outfit inspiration, how to prepare older siblings, what to expect on the day and all my best tips for feeling confident in front of the camera.
On the day itself, your 1-2 hour session (though time is uncapped!) is entirely yours - unhurried, judgement free and genuinely relaxed. I'll guide you through every pose so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands. And if you need to talk, vent, laugh or cry, this is a safe space for all of it.
Around two weeks after your session, your gallery of 60-100 hand edited images will be ready to browse - and choosing your favourites is a moment in itself.
As a little extra, you'll also receive access to exclusive discounts with a handful of trusted local businesses I love - including Sophie, a brilliant doula and antenatal educator right here in York.

Can't decide between a cosy studio session or chasing golden light outside? You don't have to. I offer both - intimate natural light sessions in my studio just outside York, and beautiful sunrise and sunset shoots in the surrounding countryside. If you're not sure which suits you, just ask, I'll help you decide.
Winter brings deep contrast, dark backdrops but the most beautiful sunrises. It also allows for better timings for little ones with sunrise being around 7.30-8am and sunset being around 4pm.
Spring brings beautiful lighting, green trees and daffodils join the show! Timings tend to be around 6.45am for sunrise and 6-7pm and sunset being around 6-7pm.
Summer is.. well.. Summer. Glorious. Long, light evenings with golden hour lasting longer than usual. Luscious light green backdrops whilst also being wonderfully warm! Sunrise tends to be around 4.30-5am and sunset 9pm.
Autumn brings back that darker, deeper backdrop. Everything turns more brown and rich. It's still got a little warmth of the summer and the sun is divine. Sunrise is 6-7am and sunset is that little bit sooner, around 5pm.

Your Investment
A session fee secures your date and covers your time with me in the studio - midweek sessions are £100, weekend sessions are £150
After your session, you'll choose your images from your private gallery with packages starting from £250
Should your shoot take place at a time when other costs land, don't worry, I get it - we can set up a payment plan that works for you and your family
